Our chef Gilles Bascou works from his instincts, appily created new dishes stimulated by his desire to discover new flavours. Sense of taste and bounty are the symbols of new brand name: Les Loges du Jardin d’Aymeric.

Our chef, a member of the “toques Blanches du Roussillon”, is prepared to share hiscooking tips during his entertaining and instructive cookery classes.

For his classes Gilles Bascou will consider all requests for groups of up to 30 people.
