EVENTS :
Our cherf Gilles Bascou chef of the Toques Blanches du Roussillon, is prepared to share is cooking tips during his entertaining and instuctive cookery classes.

A 3 hours class in the morning is followed by a convivial lunch with dishes that have been prepared by the class a convivial lunch that have been prepared by the class

Regional events :
The highlight of the summer season is the pablo casals chamber music
festival created by the master himself in 1950. It I now an international
rendez-vous which takes place from 26 th july to 13 th august.

The study of Romanesque art takes place in the first fortnight of july at st Michel de Cuixa.

Le cinéma is also present with the ciné-rencontres which takes place during the 3 rd week ol july.

Les Orgues a geological at Ille-sur-Têt, the lake at Vinça, the Abbay of St Martin du Canigou, the Cloisters of St Michel de Cuixa, Eus (the sunniest village in France), the fortified town of Villefranche de Conflent, the sap stations of Molitg, Thuès and Vernet-les-Bains, the nature reserves of Nohèdes, of Jujols, Py-Mantet, and the various caves……….
